Quentin came to Montrose in June of 2023.  He was raised in Steamboat Springs and began his career in aquatics as a lifeguard there. Eventually moving from lifeguarding to becoming a certified Red Cross instructor for both lifeguarding and water safety instruction. After leaving Steamboat Quentin continued to further his education in aquatics by obtaining his CPO and AFO certifications taking them into new management roles that encompassed both the poolside education, maintenance, and management elements of facility operation. In his off time Quentin and his girlfriend enjoy alpine touring, dirtbiking, and winter visits to the Ouray hot springs.
