Service includes foot assessment, foot soak, nail trim and thinning, corn and callus removal, skin sloughing treatment, and a light peppermint massage to improve circulation.

Reflexology 

Reflexology is a complimentary therapy, which works on your feet to help heal the whole body. It helps improve circulation, promote better health, and rejuvenate your body and soul.

Treat yourself to a relaxing 15 minute massage with our certified massage therapist. Discover the many health-enhancing benefits of massage therapy. Far beyond simply making you feel good, massage has an impressive range of therapeutic effects that work to improve health and well-being.

Personal Training Designed for Seniors 

Work with a certified personal trainer to: 1) Identify personal fitness goals 2) Discover everyday exercises for aging strong 3) Practice simple movements to build balance and strength. No prior fitness experience necessary. 

Days - Second Wednesday of the Month, beginning September 2026

Fee:  $15 for 15 Minutes

Moving with Mike - The Complete Workout for Older Adults 

This DVD-led workout includes a warm-up, 20-minute workout and a 5-minute relaxing stretch exercise cool down. The workout section includes exercises for balance, leg strength, upper body strength, coordination, and posture. The DVD shows both standing and sitting options.

  • Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays (ongoing, start anytime)

Stronger Senior's Core Fitness 

Provides variety in your fitness plan with routines for flexibility, strength, aerobics cardio, balance and core. This is a self-led DVD wit a volunteer who sets up.

Tai Chi for Health & Energy 

Tai Chi uses slow, controlled movements, weight transference, mental resistance & quietness of mind to bring ease to the body. This is a Sun Style based Tai Chi which incorporates Qi Gong. Novice to advanced are welcome.

Chair Yoga 

Chair Yoga includes low impact  gentle movements and the opportunity for relaxation, stress, re-education, and relief of muscle tension. 

It provides all the benefits of a traditional yoga practice—including fall prevention and stress reduction—while using a sturdy chair for support.
