Ski Conditioning Classes
Get ready for your best ski season yet with skiing specific conditioning classes at Flex Rec.
Hit the slopes this year with strength and confidence! Now is the time to start getting your body ready for the unique demands of downhill skiing. Each class will focus on mobility, balance, power and endurance as they relate to downhill skiing. This class is designed as an introduction to alpine conditioning and will be followed with month by month classes leading up to ski season. Expect skiing specific exercises that will be the foundation for your best ski season ever!

Instructor: Dr. Don Funke is a chiropractor and certified personal trainer with a background as a certified Professional Ski Instructor and a competitive freestyle skier. He brings his passion for sports preparedness to his popular classes in Enduro training and morning fitness classes at Flex Rec.
Time to get ready for your best Cross Country Ski season ever! This class in designed to get your body ready for the specific demands of Nordic skiing. Plan on a variety of functional fitness exercises to improve and to help you move with confidence on the trails. Specifically suited to develop strength, balance and confidence, these four-week short sessions are perfect for getting you on your way today a fun and active winter season.
