- Vendor Fair: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
- Round Table Discussion on Future Adaptive Programming: TBD
- Welcome Address: 5:30 PM
- Adapted Parachute Games: 5:30 PM – 6:00 PM
- Unified Dance Team Performance: I am working on confirming this, potentially 6:15- 6:45 pm
- Adapted Rock Climbing: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
- Adapted Pickleball: 7:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Need a sign language interpreter?
Interpreter request forms must be submitted by March 11 to ensure availability.
Vendor Call: Adaptive Night
We’re now welcoming vendors and organizations to join us for Adaptive Night, a community celebration focused on inclusion, accessibility, and fun for individuals with disabilities and their families!
We’re specifically looking for organizations that provide services, resources, or products for individuals with disabilities. There is no cost for a booth, and we ask that each vendor include a simple, engaging activity (sensory play, games, hands-on demos, etc.).
