Adapted Fitness Training

Adapted fitness training is a program focusing on adapting workouts for each individual in the class with disabilities, following their physician’s guidance. The training is tailored towards adapted competition lifting movements, such as squats, deadlifts, and bench press. Registration and a physician’s clearance are required prior to participating, so be sure to register early.   • Time: 4:00 - 5:00 pm
