Bio:

Stacey can help you Bend the Aging Curve and have fun while doing it! She enjoys challenging others to improve their fitness skills and try new activities, regardless of their current age or fitness level. Stacey has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry and 20 years as a Credentialed Public Educator. She has also coached volleyball, basketball and surfing. Stacey is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer, FAI Certified Functional Aging Specialist and Functional Aging Group Exercise Specialist. She has a Physical Education Credential Grades K-12; a B.A. in Psychology from University of California, Los Angeles and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from University of Colorado, Boulder. Stacey provides Personal Training to individuals, couples and small groups of all ages. She is very patient, compassionate and thorough. Her training experience includes working with clients with old injuries, joint replacements, chronic pain, cancer, dementia, and Parkinson Disease. She has been active all her life and currently enjoys Dodgeball, Frisbee and Surfing. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the great outdoors and taking pictures with her husband or just soaking up the sun with her 2 cats and 1 pup.

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:00 – 11:00 a.m.
  • Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
